Guided tour Clemenskerk Ameland during November art month
During the Ameland art month, in addition to the paintings in this church of Randolph Algera and Gabriëlle Westra, you can also get a tour of the designer, Randolph Algera, about the decorative part of the interior of this church.
The entire
decorative program, with the theme ebb and flow, consists of wall
paintings and stained-glass windows in combination with the lighting
plan, the furniture and the floor plan.
All parts are attuned to each other and thus form a unique spectacle in this church. You are, as it were, in the middle of the experience. The Maria Chapel becomes unique. In the windows, a relief of glass is included with a life-size Maria image. It is surrounded by six other stained-glass windows, which together with the wall paintings form a whole.
